All orders received by 3:00pm PST will be shipped same day pending availability.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items may be returned for a full refund less freight within 30 days of purchase. Returned items and packaging must be in original condition appropriate for resale.

Items not returned in original condition, including packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee and/or a partial refund. All returns require a "Returned Goods Authorization" available by calling our Customer Service Department. Any return not accompanied by an RGA will be refused.

Orders may be cancelled up to notification of shipment details.
